Venue:  Bro Ddyfi Leisure Centre

Cost : £5 INTRtri member £7 Non-Member

Details: INTRtri committee with the support of Powys County Council and Bro Ddyfi Leisure Centre will be putting on another training morning for Triathletes of all abilities.

Timetable of sessions

  •  9.00 to 10.30 – Swim Session Led by BTF Level 3 Coach Pete Jenkins
  •  10-45 to 11-45 – Run Session – Outdoors Led by BTF Lev 3 Coach Pete Jenkins
  •  12-00 to 13.00 – Core Stability – Indoors Led by Mel Gaul YMCA Level 2 Fitness Training
